Our Standard and Flex fares come with flexibility – you can change your flight booking until the day of departure. Note that Economy Light tickets issued on or after April 4, 2022 (based on the most recent ticketing date) cannot be changed.
Our Flex fares (Economy Flex and Saga Premium Flex) also come with the option of a refund on your flight if your plans change.

Our fares have different levels of flexibility – date changes are permitted for certain fares (with no change fee), and certain fares also give the option of a refund if you need to cancel.
